Sales Account Manager – Industrial Sales
Salary: £60,000 depending on experience plus up to 10% bonus entitlement.
Location: Warwick – Hybrid (frequent UK & Ireland travel with occasional overseas travel).

Role Summary
As an Area Account Manager, you will own customer relationships across the UK, driving growth, identifying new opportunities, and positioning us as the partner of choice for industrial power solutions.
You will operate at the centre of commercial and technical conversations, influencing decisions from concept through to commissioning.
What You Will Be Doing
* Own the full sales lifecycle from identifying and qualifying opportunities through to final quotation, delivery and after‑sales engagement.
* Actively identify, target, and win new OEM customers, expanding our footprint through structured prospecting and opportunity development.
* Provide technical guidance to customers on installation and product application.
* Grow and strengthen existing accounts by identifying new applications, projects, and upsell opportunities.
* Create and manage forecasts, supporting allocation planning.
* Support marketing activities, including campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting and deputise for the Industrial Sales Manager when required.
* Participate in commissioning tests and product demonstrations.
Who Are You?
You are a technical sales professional who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities, and converting complex requirements into long‑term customer partnerships. You also enjoy nurturing and growing established accounts, particularly within the power generation market.
What You Bring
* Degree in Engineering or equivalent hands‑on technical experience.
* Proven track record of winning new business.
* Strong account management capability with a strategic mindset.
* Proven success in sales within an OEM/manufacturing environment.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels from engineers to senior decision makers.
* Enjoyable field work, meeting customers, and representing a premium brand at industry events.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects confidently.
* Collaborative approach, working well with customers and internal teams.
* Valid UK driving licence.

Reporting
You’ll report directly to the Industrial Sales Director and work closely with the Applications Engineer and Industrial OEM Account Manager to deliver seamless solutions for customers.
