Cyber Security Delivery Manager | Permanent | UK Remote | £50,000 p.a
Peaple Talent has partnered with a leading consultancy in the UK to recruit a Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager on a full-time permanent basis.
The client is based in the South West of England but is hiring remotely due to the client-facing nature of this role.

The ideal candidate is a Technical Service Delivery Manager capable of guiding clients towards improved security practices, maximizing service value, and clarifying complex challenges.
They seek someone with a background in cybersecurity operations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a growth mindset, eager to contribute to evolving technical solutions and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operational engagement with clients, maintaining ongoing dialogue and providing regular updates.
* Collaborate with the sales team to support client retention and contract renewals for CSOC services.
* Investigate potential security incidents, prepare incident reports, and address client concerns to mitigate risks.
* Create and maintain internal technical documentation to improve operational workflows.
* Support service teams by troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
* Assist in onboarding new clients, understanding their operations and risks, and supporting early service adoption.
* Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring their expectations are met.
* Contribute to customer reports analyzing service performance, threat trends, investigations, SLAs, data ingestion, and vulnerabilities.
* Work with engineering to identify and implement service improvements and technical upgrades.
* Provide expert guidance to clients to optimize their use of security services.
Key Experience Required:
* Strong understanding of SOC environments, including SIEM and SOAR tools for threat detection and response.
* Microsoft Security certifications or equivalent experience demonstrating technical expertise.
* Interest in current cybersecurity trends, threats, attacker techniques, and vulnerabilities.
* Knowledge of frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
* Experience with Microsoft security technologies, especially Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, and Defender XDR.
