Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who:
* Is an exemplary teacher: maintains outstanding classroom practice and models high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
* Has primary experience: understands the primary curriculum, phonics, and the transition to secondary.
* Has experience of coaching: mentors and develops staff at all career stages to improve teaching and learning.
* Drives inclusion: is a passionate advocate for SEND, safeguarding, and supporting children from diverse backgrounds.
* Is a strategic thinker: contributes effectively to school improvement plans, is solution‑focused and uses data effectively to accelerate progress.
