We are seeking a driven and clinically minded Sales Specialist to accelerate growth, build lasting surgeon partnerships, and represent our cutting-edge technologies in the orthopedics field.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth and market penetration for all products within the assigned territory.
* Build and strengthen relationships with surgeon customers, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
* Plan and execute impactful marketing initiatives, including peer-to-peer surgeon events and visiting surgeon programs.
* Develop and execute a territory sales plan, providing clear monthly and quarterly updates.
* Represent the company as an industry leader by acquiring and maintaining deep clinical competency with all products.
* Provide surgical case coverage, ensuring the highest level of support and value for surgeons and patients.
* Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills / Capabilities
* Provide after-hours and weekend case support, as necessary.
* Proficient and accurate with word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), charting, flowcharting, and graphs.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
* Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical, diagram, or abstract forms.
* Eligible and qualified to obtain and maintain privileges at all required hospitals.
Education and Experience
* Required 2-3 years of medical device sales experience
* Preferred medical device experience
Travel and/or Physical Requirements
* Able to travel up to 95%
* Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
