Salary: This is a full-time position, salary £30,660 per annum.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. You will work on a rota basis covering weekends on rotation, and nights as required to cover staff leave and sickness. 7 days a week, including nights and weekends. Shifts typically 7am-8pm, 8am-9pm, 9am-10pm, Nights 7.45pm-7.15am.

Main duties
As a Registered Nurse Associate, your responsibilities will vary. You will:
* Provide outstanding care to patients, listening to and acting on feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them.
* Contribute to and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics, and assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
* Deliver non-judgemental care ranging from health promotion clinics and observations to supporting the nursing and pharmacy teams in primary care within healthcare centres, wings and house blocks.
* Inspire excellence by forging strong links within our teams, partners and stakeholders and providing a service that people can trust, feel safe within and feel proud of.
* Promote best practice, evidence-based care and continuous quality improvement, embedding a culture of shared learning. Promote patient wellbeing through our Wellbeing Approach, demonstrating empathy and understanding to patients.

Qualifications
* Qualified Nurse Associate
* Currently registered with the NMC
* Training to level 3 in safeguarding of vulnerable people
* Demonstrate current/recent preceptorship pathway since joining the NMC register
* Evidence of post-registration CPD in areas relating to current practice
Although not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.

Remuneration: Up to £30,660 depending on experience.
