We’re now looking for a Property Services Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers full-time hours (36.25 per week) and agile working arrangements. About the role As a Property Services Coordinator, you’ll work as part of a team to support the delivery of repairs and maintenance services to Progress Housing Group’s stock. You’ll support managers, surveyors, technical officers and team leaders in the back-office functions of repairs delivery, monitoring performance, managing complaints, and reporting on trends across key performance indicators. You’ll ensure effective communication between the planning function, delivery team, and customers at all levels, updating key systems with progress and completion of works. You’ll also help ensure that all aspects of work are delivered to high levels of customer satisfaction, on time and within agreed budgets, challenging and supporting contractors to deliver an excellent service. What We Are Looking For To be successful in these roles, you should have: Strong administrative skills and experience in a similar role Knowledge of housing management systems, processes, and legislation Excellent communication and organisational skills Commitment to putting the customer first and delivering a high-quality service Ability to work under pressure in line with set KPIs Ability to work on your own initiative and within a team Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, file management) Effective time management and the ability to juggle a varied workload Why Progress?
