Job Purpose
* Timely and accurate preparation of all UK and Norway Spoolbase financial reporting
* Provide financial support to Spoolbase Managers and Spoolbase Snr Director
* Actively involved in SSI across all 4 spoolbases working with other controllers to improve the processes
Job Description
Reporting
* Preparation of monthly forecast (Including cost sensitivity analysis and value destruction)
* Preparation of monthly Financial and Operational data for presentation
* Preparation of Cashflow & Hedging
* Responsible for both Direct and Indirect Costs (Budget, Forecast and Actuals), including calendarisation
* Reporting of value destruction working with Quality team
* Weekly reporting of Spoolbase in VSO Obeya
* Capex reporting for UK and Norway Spoolbase
Standardisation, Simplification and Industrialisation (SSI)
* Take an active role in implementing change, improvement initiatives
* Take an active role in standardisation of the work within the VSO
* Drive simplification of the work, and work with Spoolbase cost control team to drive simplification
* Create work standards for the Spoolbase
* Support the ERP implementation
You are meant for this job if:
Degree in Finance or Equivalent
Experience Finance experience in a role of similar nature
Proven record of driving change
Strong financial background
