WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
You will have a positive, professional approach along with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines from a variety of stakeholders.
A first-class multitasker with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work using your own initiative, along with a critical mind to actively assess situations and take an alternative approach when necessary.
A fantastic eye for detail and being IT literate is necessary for this role.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
The Assistant Operations Manager works closely with other senior management members from across The Celtic Collection to provide support to and lead on a variety of projects linked to the refurbishment of current assets and the development of new concepts, hotels and venues, you will manage our 2 AA Rosette restaurant and the guest journey in our 5 star accommodation. The role will perform various coordinating tasks, such as administration, scheduling, purchasing and budget control whilst providing a creative input into each project. Collaboration with clients, suppliers and internal teams is essential to ensure projects are delivered successfully on time and on budget.
