About the Role:
As a Care Professional, you will:
* Provide personalised care, companionship, and household support to clients
* Assist clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life at home
* Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
* Receive comprehensive introductions to clients before initial visits
* Deliver exceptional, relationship-based care in line with our mission
* Participate in ongoing training, including specialist dementia and end-of-life care courses
