Overview
Assistant Director of Adult Social Care role at Tile Hill in Sefton. Lead with integration, innovation and improvement across a vibrant and complex borough; oversee all frontline adult social care services, the client and business support function, and manage a broad portfolio including early intervention, safeguarding and learning disabilities.
A qualified social worker with senior leadership experience, you’ll have a deep understanding of adult social care systems and be comfortable operating across organisational boundaries, from integrated health partnerships to regional networks. You’ll work closely with the Cheshire and Merseyside ICB and will benefit from strong local relationships and a committed voluntary sector.
Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Cheshire and Merseyside ICB and regional networks; strengthen local relationships with the voluntary sector.
* Maintain high standards of day-to-day practice while leading with resilience and creativity.
