We are seeking a skilled Customer Service professional to manage day-to-day interactions and logistics with key customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in dedicated customer-focused logistics roles for manufacturing businesses in food or FMCG.
Responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with customers and take ownership of orders and enquiries
* Communicate customer developments to internal stakeholders
* Capture and process customer orders and contracts
* Manage export contracts and associated documentation
* Ensure planning is aligned across the business and complete execution & reconciliations
* Coordinate with customers and hauliers to arrange collection and delivery
* Process customer invoicing
* Manage customer queries and complaints
* Provide Management Reporting Information as required
* Support the wider supply chain team with daily operational matters and strategic projects
This role involves working from home with occasional travel to meetings. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
A background in customer service and logistics, combined with excellent communication and organizational skills, is essential for this role.
