* UK based experience working with children is essential

A SEND LSA supports pupils with additional needs such as autism, communication difficulties, or moderate learning difficulties. You’ll usually work 1:1 or in small groups, helping pupils access lessons and making sure they don’t get left behind.
Sometimes this means breaking work down into smaller steps, using visual aids, or giving extra explanations. Other times it means helping with daily routines, building confidence, or managing transitions between activities.
If you are caring, adaptable, and want to build a career in SEND, this is an excellent place to do it.
