WHAT TEAM WILL YOU BE JOINING?
This role is in our Human Resources Team, which is based in London, Manchester, Leeds, and Edinburgh, supporting our international business. The HR Team comprises various smaller teams, including Learning and Development, Reward, Resourcing, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, and CSR and Diversity.
You will join the HR Business Partnering team and work closely with the wider HR team, stakeholders, and business partners, providing guidance, support, and coaching.

WHAT WILL THE ROLE INVOLVE?
The role can be based in Leeds or Manchester, with some travel to other UK offices. You will support the firm’s growth and development through various HR projects, assisting colleagues across locations and teams.
You will partner with core business services teams (based in the UK), using your business partnering skills to build strong relationships. You will support operational HR tasks and help drive strategic priorities.
The following are some key responsibilities, not exhaustive:
* Employee Relations: Handling absence cases, providing policy advice, managing employee relations issues, and supporting maternity/shared parental leave processes.
* Resourcing: Supporting recruitment, liaising with managers, managing staff changes, and assisting with onboarding and exit processes.
* Performance Management: Supporting performance review processes and salary reviews.
* Other: Producing MI reports, leading ad hoc projects, and supporting engagement and inclusion initiatives.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
Proactive HR experience with strong business partnering skills. Ideally, you will be graduate caliber and CIPD qualified (partially or fully), though this is not essential. Experience in a fast-paced environment, influencing senior stakeholders, excellent communication, and strong Excel skills are important. Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and be a team player will contribute to your success.
