The role
This position sits within a busy and collaborative property team and covers a wide range of commercial property work, including
* Commercial acquisitions and disposals
* Lease negotiations for landlords and tenants
* Portfolio management and refinances
* Development and regeneration related work
There is flexibility in how the caseload is structured, with support available at all levels and a focus on quality over volume.
