Role: Project Support Coordinator – Supplier Reseller OLA / Service Review Analyst
Company: Wireless Logic Ltd
Overview
The Supplier Reseller OLA / Service Review Analyst will be a key player in ensuring our supplier relationships are documented, transparent, and aligned with our compliance and security standards. This role is a strategic project to create a comprehensive matrix of all our suppliers, identifying which have an Operational Level Agreement (OLA) and which do not. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining these agreements, reporting to the Head of Supplier Management, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to ensure a smooth and collaborative process.
Responsibilities
* Build the Supplier Matrix: Finish the Supplier Reseller OLA / Service Review Matrix, creating a comprehensive grid of all suppliers, their main contacts, and OLA/Service Review status. Engage with other OPCOs to ensure the matrix is complete and accurate.
* OLA Documentation and Amalgamation: Amalgamate existing OLAs for the same supplier (e.g., Wireless Logic and Arkessa) and migrate all existing OLAs to the new template. Ensure all OLAs include detailed information on SIM Assist, on-call support, escalation routes, and P1/P2 protocols.
* Supplier Engagement: Draft and send a professional email to all suppliers about the project to review OLAs and arrange service reviews. Book recurring quarterly service reviews with all suppliers and prepare the necessary documentation.
* System and Escalation Mapping: Ensure every OLA includes a list of systems and portals, outlining support levels and responsibilities for both parties. Document a clear process flow for all escalations.
* Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with Net Ops & UK, and named colleagues to add them to all supplier authorizations, including for other WL OPCOs. Complete Conexa supplier matrix work and identify DMARC reach.
Key Experience & Skills
* Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a project from start to finish with attention to detail and the ability to track multiple moving parts.
* Professional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
* Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and technical service reviews. Experience in IoT or telecommunications is a major plus.
* Data Organization: Strong data management, spreadsheet creation, and information system skills to build and maintain the supplier matrix.
* Compliance and Security Mindset: Understanding the importance of compliance and security in supplier relationships.
Behaviours & Culture
* A "Get Things Done" Attitude: Proactive and accountable in tackling tasks.
* Exceptional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and global offices.
