Our client is a prestigious international law firm who are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Solicitor with 3-10PQE to join their team in Glasgow.
The firm is celebrated for their domination within the litigation industry. The team regularly act on complex UK and cross-border conflicts within the infrastructure, construction, engineering, and energy sectors. They have achieved an outstanding reputation for their exceptional technical expertise, and proven track record of global achievements.
In this role, you will:
1. Represent a diverse range of clients in the construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors, which may include investors, contractors, insurers, public sector entities, and PPP contracts.
2. Offer advice on various disputes, from pre-action phases to litigation, arbitration, and adjudication.
3. Collaborate with Partners, Associates, and trainees, both within your team and throughout the firm.
4. Actively engage in the business development and marketing initiatives of the team.
The ideal candidate should have approximately 3-10 years of post-qualification experience, gained within a construction (and/or energy & infrastructure) disputes team, at either the Associate or Senior Associate level.
