Duties
* Assist in the construction and maintenance of buildings and structures, including roofing and masonry tasks.
* Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
* Engage in fabrication tasks, including carpentry and plumbing work as required.
* Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
* Perform heavy lifting as necessary, ensuring materials are moved safely around the site.
* Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in achieving project goals.
Experience
* Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
* Familiarity with welding techniques is advantageous.
* Proven ability to use various hand tools, power tools, and equipment effectively.
* Experience in roofing, masonry, carpentry, or plumbing will be considered an asset.
