Site Engineer - Highlands | Accommodation Provided (6 months minimum)
Contract Scotland is supporting a major civils project in the Highlands, and we're looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join the team on a long-term contract (minimum 6 months). This role involves setting out across a remote project route, with accommodation covered if you're working away from home.
The Role
You will be involved in day-to-day setting out and site engineering tasks across a large-scale infrastructure project, supporting the delivery team with:
* Setting out for civils works
* Maintaining site records and QA
* Working closely with the Site Agent and Foreman
* Supporting access, earthworks and general civils activities
* Ensuring work is delivered safely and to specification
The Project
This work forms part of a significant infrastructure upgrade in the Highlands, supporting future energy and grid development. The project spans a long route and involves a mix of civils activities in a remote environment.
Pay & Package
* CIS daily rate
* Accommodation covered when staying away
* Minimum 6-month contract with strong potential to continue
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Site Engineer on civils projects
* Confident with setting out
* Comfortable working away from home
* Full UK driving licence
