Role Overview
An opportunity has arisen to join the Careers and Employability Service team in an administrative role. The work of the Careers and Employability Service is defined by our vision: Inspiring career success for all through collaboration, innovation and professionalism. We’re a busy team providing careers guidance and events for students and graduates, embedding employability into the curriculum, and working with employers to create opportunities through internships and careers fairs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all administration related support across a range of careers‑related core services, projects and activities within the Careers and Employability Service.
* Deliver a range of in‑person and electronic frontline services, vacancy handling and recruitment and selection activities related to internships, shadowing and mentoring programmes.
* Provide finance support, support training and events, as well as website and CRM/systems.

* Strong customer focus, friendly, welcoming, supportive service to our diverse student body, empathetic communication style.
* Excellent organisation skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Salary & Benefits
Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 4 scale, £27,319 - £31,236 per annum, and negotiable with placement according to qualifications and experience.
