Clancy is seeking an experienced Team Leader for a 2-person team responsible for repairs on the Waste Water network.
You will oversee technical activities across various workstreams, focusing on sewer repairs and maintenance.
The role involves significant physical activity, so demonstrable physical ability is essential. Travel is also a key aspect, with work locations including Inverness and surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Carrying out tasks assigned by line management
2. Minimising disruption to residents and meeting contract KPIs and client requirements
3. Maintaining professional customer and client interactions
4. Ensuring compliance with legal and legislative policies
5. Participating in incident, accident, and damage investigations
6. Completing data entry accurately and promptly in information management systems
7. Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations of Clancy Group
Ideal candidates will have:
Relevant accreditations and experience such as CSCS, NPORS/CPCS, deep excavation, temporary works, confined spaces, abrasive wheels, manual handling, and first aid. A full valid driving licence is essential. Excavator, towing, and Streetworks (NRSWA) tickets are highly desirable.
