Customer Service Administrator Location: Poole Salary: up to £30,000 per annum DOE Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (early finish Friday) FREE onsite parking Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be managing the relationships for the company, as well as dealing with enquiries, processing orders and supporting various teams. Duties: Handle inbound phone calls, providing courteous and effective assistance to customer enquiries Responsible for organising the inboxes, and distributing the workload within the team Customer relationship building via phone and email Build technical product knowledge through internal training to confidently support customers with product selection and usage advice Sourcing and negotiating quotations Process customer orders promptly using the company’s CRM system Ensuring all communications is correctly logged and kept up to date in the CRM system Assist the Sales team with general administrative duties when needed Continually reach out to customers to gain insights and feedback about the service Skills: Excellent communication and administrative skills Ability to build relationships through various platforms Have a can do and positive attitude Previous sales administrative experience would be desirable but not essential Be a pro-active team player, with the ability to prioritise workload efficiently To apply, please send an updated cv to (url removed) or apply now
