Job Description
We are deploying new payroll technology for employees and pensions payroll and are seeking passionate payroll professionals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the payroll system replacement programme
* Supporting the Senior Practitioners in day to day activities
* Providing advice, guidance and support to colleagues
* Investigating, analysing and managing the resolution of payroll incidents
Essential Skills & Experience
Good working knowledge of payroll processes including Tax, National Insurance and Pension Contributions and statutory provisions.
Organised, positive, flexible teamwork approach.
Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills. Knowledge of computerised/manual systems and business processes.
Payroll experience preferred, but skills and experience relevant to the role are also welcomed.
