What Will You Do as a Cover Supervisor?
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise students during lessons when their regular teacher is absent, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain engagement using effective behaviour management strategies.
Support students in completing work set by the teacher and ensure learning continues smoothly.
Provide additional support to individuals or small groups where needed.
Report any concerns or updates regarding student behaviour or progress to school staff.
