The family are warm, approachable and highly respectful of those who work within their home. They are looking for someone who will become a trusted and valued part of their children's lives, whilst maintaining professional boundaries and standards. The household is fully staffed, allowing the nanny to focus primarily on the children's care, development and day-to-day wellbeing. This role would suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a team and takes pride in creating a positive, organised and nurturing environment for children to thrive in. The family would be particularly interested in meeting candidates with experience supporting children with additional needs, including SEN or ADHD, as they value a calm, adaptable and understanding approach.The Children
