Talent Frame are delighted to partner with a highly reputable Professional Services client on a fantastic Senior Bid Executive role. This position is pivotal for driving the organisation’s success in winning high-value projects by managing bid processes, and delivering compelling proposals that showcase the company's strengths.
The role is based in central London. 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid activities to secure new projects across various sectors.
* Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to develop tailored proposals and presentation materials.
* Manage bid workflows, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, deadlines, and quality standards.
* Utilise Adobe CS, particularly InDesign, to create high-quality documentation.
* Maintain and organise the bid library.
* Analyse bid outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to support strategic initiatives and enhance bid capabilities.
Person Specification
* Proven experience in bid coordination or management, ideally within the professional services, architecture or property sector.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
* Strong communication skills with an adaptable style suitable for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
* Proactive and able to identify opportunities for process improvement.
