A well-established printing services company are looking for a hands on and quality driven Production Supervisor to lead the shift team and execute the production schedule efficiently.

* 10pm to 6am Sunday to Friday

Responsibilities
* Leading and motivating the team to ensure daily targets are met
* Monitoring the production schedule, reassigning tasks to prevent bottlenecks and OTIF
* Implementing and enforcing strict QC checks, personally, signing off on complex projects
* Supporting the development of operatives, ensuring they are competent in using machinery
* Maintaining a high standard of departmental "5S", ensuring a safe and organised workspace.
* Identifying and implementing ways to reduce waste, shorten lead times, and improve RFT
* H&S ensuring team use PPE/ISO 14001 waste disposal protocols for hazardous materials
* Communicating shift progress, output levels, and any personnel or technical issues to the Production Management team
Requirements
* Previous experience leading a team in a manufacturing or production
* Experience in Print production or sign-making highly desirable
* Exceptional attention to detail with a zero-defect mindset for Quality Control
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to stay calm and lead a team through high-pressure, deadline-driven shifts.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills for reporting and team briefings.
* A self-starter who looks for solutions rather than just reporting problems.
