The Outbound Marketing Executive will work within the Marketing Team will be responsible for delivering outbound activity that creates sales opportunities, nurtures relationships and feeds the pipeline with high-quality leads. You’ll also collaborate closely with Sales to ensure a smooth handover and support ongoing campaign optimisation.
As an Outbound Marketing Executive, you’ll play a vital role in driving Westfield Health’s growth by generating and qualifying new business leads. This role is all about proactive outreach — using a mix of phone, email and social channels to connect with prospects, understand their needs and spark interest in our health and wellbeing solutions.

About The Role
* Plan and carry out daily outbound activity — including phone calls, emails and social outreach — to engage decision-makers, build interest and qualify leads.
* Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and follow-up on inbound leads where required.
* After initial outreach, qualify leads based on agreed criteria to maximise conversion rates, schedule high-quality appointments and connect prospects with the right sales team member.
* Use insights, data and content to deliver personalised, value-driven outreach tailored by persona, sector and business need.
* Support the development and execution of lead nurture campaigns, ensuring messaging is aligned with customer journey stages.
* Write and optimise email and social nurture copy to improve deliverability, engagement and conversion.
* Re-engage prospects who previously showed interest to support long-term nurturing and pipeline development.
* Use marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track engagement, qualify leads and ensure database accuracy.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to review performance, share feedback and continually refine outreach approaches.
* Respond to warm inbound leads with an opportunity-first mindset, using open questions to qualify needs and buying intent.
* Communicate with prospects in a professional, brand-aligned and empathetic manner.
* Take ownership of your success by tracking performance metrics, reporting on outcomes, and sharing insights to continuously improve outreach and engagement.
About You
Education and Qualifications
* Degree level educated or equivalent experience
* A professional qualification in marketing such as CIM and ID
Experience
* A strong interest in outbound sales and lead generation, with the motivation to meet targets and a willingness to learn.
* Strong understanding of the B2B buying process, lead generation, qualification, and nurturing.
* Experience handling both inbound enquiries and proactive outbound prospecting.
* Experience working with insight and data to inform outreach, personalise communications and improve conversion rates.
* Some experience of using marketing automation to support outbound campaigns and lead nurturing.
* Practical experience writing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects.
* Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks within deadlines.
* Confident in working within brand tone and guidelines to ensure a consistent and professional prospect experience.
* Well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
* CRM usage – HubSpot experience is ideal.
* Working within an environment where you have complied with legislative requirements including financial services regulations would be beneficial.

* A people-person – someone who’s able to quickly establish rapport and communicate with a range of professionals.
* Ability to influence decision makers and overcoming objections.
* Self-motivated with the ability to think creatively whilst also having a commercial focus.
* Attention to detail and resilience – you’ll need to be able to juggle multiple programs at any one time, (re) prioritise effectively and regularly but also maintain the highest attention to detail and accuracy.
* A strong desire to be accountable and to exceed expectations.
* Personal growth and learning mindset.
* Articulate with strong communication skills (oral and written).
* Highly self-motivated with an enquiring approach, passion for excellence and continued improvement.
