A welcoming and supportive primary school near Callington is seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from May 2026.
This role will involve providing PPA cover across the school, supporting both pupils and staff. The successful candidate may also be required to cover classes in the absence of teaching staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled practitioner to join a diverse and dedicated team.
The Role:
* Providing PPA cover across the primary phase
* Delivering lessons and covering classes when required
* Supporting teaching and learning across the school
* Working with small groups and individuals to support pupil progress
* Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND
