This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers support the team in the successful operation of the gym, with a focus on driving new member sales, maximizing retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies inside and outside the gym.

* Lead by example on reception and gym floor to enhance member experience
* Participate in national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
* Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development
* Assist the General Manager with operational tasks, including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, and Recruitment
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
