The role
This is a senior, hands-on brand leadership role with day to day ownership of the Cafédirect brand.
You’ll lead brand strategy and execution across packaging, campaigns, communications, trade activity and innovation ensuring Cafédirect shows up consistently, creatively and credibly at every touchpoint.
Our Manifesto sits at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be accountable for embedding it into brand plans, portfolio decisions and storytelling, balancing commercial performance with long-term brand equity.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations), you’ll turn strategy into well-executed activity with clear priorities, robust delivery and measurable results.

You’ll be responsible for:
Owning brand strategy, positioning and annual planning
Leading integrated campaigns and brand moments across the year
Managing brand P&L, KPIs and performance reporting
Setting creative direction, brand guidelines and tone of voice
Ensuring consistency across packaging, digital, retail and communications
Using insight, data and market intelligence to drive decisions
Leading NPD and renovation from concept through to launch and review
Building and managing the innovation pipeline
Developing and delivering the retail brand trade plan
Partnering cross-functionally to ensure flawless executionYou’re probably:
An experienced Brand Manager (4+ years) or Senior Brand Manager (FMCG preferred)
Commercially confident, including P&L ownership
Comfortable translating sustainability and ethical commitments into clear commercial plans
Experienced in NPD and product launches
Strong at briefing, agency management and project delivery
Data literate, organised and outcome-focused
Passionate about food & drink and curious about consumer behaviour
Motivated by purpose, challenge and doing things betterExperience in premium grocery, coffee or ethical/sustainable brands is a plus but mindset matters just as much as background.
