Located in Antrim, JTC is made up of four shared flats, two double bungalows, and seven individual homes. It is a calm, community-focused setting where each person has chosen to live and build their lives, and where long-standing staff bring experience, warmth, and a welcoming vibe.
What You Will Do
At JTC, you’ll be based in one location and will help with a range of support activities for adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Meaningful duties include:
* Building independence through daily routines
* Providing personal care and hands-on support where needed
* Creating structure and calm through Positive Behaviour Support
* Planning activities and helping people attend medical appointments, social outings, and community events
* Helping people pursue their hobbies and take part in things that matter to them
We are located near Junction One, Antrim Castle Gardens, and local flower shows and parades, offering opportunities for fun, fresh air, and connection.
