Responsibilities
Oversee the commercial and financial management of multiple live projects
Lead cost planning, procurement, and contract administration processes
Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, and variations
Ensure accurate project forecasting, reporting, and financial control
Work closely with site and project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Support and mentor junior team members as required
Key Requirements
Proven background in industrial construction (logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or similar sectors)
Strong commercial awareness and practical, solution-focused approach
Confident managing multiple projects and complex build programmes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A team player who values a friendly, down to earth culture and takes pride in their work
