Property Administrator – Belvoir Elgin
Belvoir Elgin is a well-established and professional letting agency with exciting plans for continued growth.
We are now looking for a proactive Property Administrator to join our busy Elgin team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role, working in a busy environment where you'll play a key part in supporting our operations and customer service.
Our business is customer and sales focused, so efficiency, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential. Experience within the lettings industry is preferred, but we are also open to applicants without direct experience who can demonstrate transferable skills and a strong work ethic – full training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities

• Handling incoming phone and email enquiries
·
• Managing day-to-day front office tasks
·
• Answering tenant queries and booking property viewings
·
• Preparing reservation forms and move-in packs
·
• Registering new tenancies with local authorities and utility providers
·
• Lodging deposits with the tenancy deposit protection scheme
·
• Arranging property access for valuations and inspections
·
• Assisting landlords with queries
·
• Booking contractors, issuing keys, and maintaining the key log system
·
• Supporting compliance and property legality checks
·
• Maintaining accurate filing, records, and contact lists
What We're Looking For
·
• Strong customer service and communication skills
·
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
·
• Minimum 2 years' office experience preferred
·
• Lettings or property industry experience an advantage, but not essential
·
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
What We Offer

• Full-time, permanent position (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)
·
• Competitive salary from £22,500 per year, depending on experience
·
• 28 days holiday per year
