We’re looking for a Trust and Company Administrator to join a Private Client team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional administration services to a varied portfolio of trusts, companies, and other client entities.
The individual will manage day-to-day client communications, oversee the preparation of minutes and meeting documents, maintain statutory records, and coordinate closely with the Client Accounting Solutions team on financial matters. They will also play a key role in the billing process, debt monitoring, and regular client reviews, ensuring seamless service delivery even during periods of team absence. A strong awareness of local regulatory requirements is essential.
We’re looking for candidates educated to A level or degree standard, with at least two years of trust and company administration experience. Ideally, they will have completed a relevant professional qualification (such as ICSA or STEP Certificate level). Strong technical knowledge of local trust and company law, excellent organisational skills, and a positive, solutions-driven attitude are key to succeeding in this role.
