Business Support Administrator ? At Arc Partnership, were proud to shape the future of Nottinghamshires buildings, places, and communities. From architectural design to repairs, maintenance, and estates management, were here for every stage of the property lifecycle, creating spaces that make a lasting difference. ?Your new role: Were on the lookout for a motivated, proactive, organised and detail-driven Business Support Administrator to join our friendly and growing team. This is your chance to play a key role in ensuring Arc Partnership's Business Support Team continues to provide an excellent, responsive service. Working closely with colleagues across the whole business, youll support all aspects of our activity. Every day will bring new opportunities to contribute to projects that improve lives and strengthen local communities. What you'll do: ? Organise, attend and minute meetings across the business which include both internal and external stakeholders. ?Assist with the formatting of PowerPoint presentations. ? Draft, review and format reports and other documentation in Word. ? Arrange travel, accommodation and catering requirements for the team as requested. ? Organise Continuing Professional Development sessions Monitor, allocate and respond to emails in shared business mailboxes Maintain staff directories and new starter/leaver records ? Maintain supplier contracts information. ?Maintain other finance records and key project documents. ? Input and maintain project information in the client database. ? Process payments and expense claims. ? Provide cover for reception as required. What you'll bring: ? Experience of providing administrative support to an in-house operation team. ? Experience of minute taking, diary management, organisation of meetings, and drafting documents including reports. ? Substantial experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook. ? Experience of acting as first point of contact, responding efficiently and effectively to internal and external queries. ? Experience of organising travel, meetings, visitor hospitality and events. ?
