Job Title: Plasterer Multi-Trade

Salary: £42,840 - £44,880 per annum
We are looking for a Plasterer Multi-Trade to join a local contractor working in partnership with housing associations to deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
* Undertaking all plastering tasks to achieve first-time fix, delivering a high standard of workmanship consistently.
* Carrying out patch repairs as well as larger plastering projects in social housing properties
* Performing decorating, tiling, and other associated multi-trade maintenance tasks as required.
* Working efficiently and productively to complete tasks within agreed timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
* Providing excellent customer service, ensuring residents and clients are treated with respect and professionalism.
* Completing daily work sheets accurately, detailing tasks performed and materials used after each job.
* Liaising with tenants to address any questions or concerns during the maintenance visit.
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
* Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
* Own set of tools
