A global name in the Interior Architecture industry is seeking an experience Project Manager with 8-10 years post qualification to join their London office of over 100 professionals. This is a rare role to be involved with some of the BEST international and UK based commercial developments with a key client which will likely be featured in the Architectural press. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You must be able to show proven experience that you have been responsible for the management of multiple design projects. ResponsibilitiesDefine, oversee, and manage the scope of work and services, along with project schedule and resource plan.Craft and negotiate proposals, fees, schedules, and contracts with clients and consultants.Ensure clear and timely communication within the project team, highlighting any risks to project goals promptly to leaders.Foster a positive team environment and contribute to staff development and retention.Monitor project team performance to uphold quality standards and design objectives.Coordinate staffing resources in alignment with the studio's operations director.Establish and maintain project setup, including contract review, filing procedures, and invoicing.Meet or surpass financial goals for the project, providing necessary information to the finance team for invoicing.Maintain direct communication with clients and consultants for timely collections and management of accounts receivable.Monitor client and technical issues to mitigate liabilities.Execute post-contract administrative tasks, such as follow-up calls for client satisfaction and gathering marketing leads.Ensure orderly project closure in compliance with contractual obligations.Engage in marketing activities and promote collaboration across disciplines and offices within the firm.Cultivate and sustain client relationships to encourage repeat business.Contribute to the training, development, and mentoring of the project team.Qualifications degree in architecture/design/design management/project management desirable: project management qualification such as PRINCE, APMP or diplomaStrong business acumen in project planning and managementStrong verbal, written, and organizational skills
