Description
* Manage and process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain strong relationships with French-speaking clients to ensure timely payments.
* Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Assist in generating financial reports and statements as required.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
* Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to support financial operations.
* Contribute to process improvements within the accounts receivable function.
* Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
A successful French Speaking AR Role candidate should have:
* Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
* Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Offer
