If you’re AAT Level 3 qualified (or similar) with experience in Xero, and you thrive in a role where you can work independently, think on your feet, and liaise directly with Directors and external Accountants, you could be the perfect fit.

Your Day-to-Day will Include:
• Credit control and chasing outstanding balances
• Processing purchase ledger invoices & company credit cards
• Posting sales invoices & reconciling accounts
• Bank reconciliations
• Weekly/monthly supplier payment runs
• Running Sage Payroll, producing P11Ds & P60s
• Managing CIS returns
• Assisting auditors and supporting year-end accounts
We’re Looking For:
✅ AAT Level 3 qualified (or equivalent experience)
✅ Confidence using Xero accounting software
✅ Sage Payroll knowledge
✅ Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
✅ Unmatched attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Excellent communication and listening skills
