Description Welfare Rights Officer | 10302 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £34,434 to £36,363 per annum (Scale H) | County Hall, Norwich Client Finance Services is seeking an experienced Welfare Rights Officer to deliver high-quality support and advice to people across Norfolk. The role offers hybrid working and will involve working from a range of locations, including County Hall, partner agency sites, and, where required, visiting clients in their homes. The service supports individuals and families to improve their financial wellbeing and maximise income. A knowledge and experience in providing up-to-date, comprehensive welfare advice, particularly to vulnerable people experiencing financial difficulties, is highly desirable. Candidates should also have experience of working collaboratively with professional bodies and partner organisations that support vulnerable individuals.
