We currently require Laborers / General Operatives to join our Operational Teams on the front line. You will be part of a 2 person team or a larger team delivering rehab works and/or surveying sewer pipes. Work is for our customer base across NI and ROI with overnight travel required to ROI sites.
Full training will be given to new employees. It is preferable to have general operative / labouring experience, however this is not essential. A CSR card would be an advantage but not essential as this can be provided by the company. You will be expected to comply with all Group Health Safety Quality and Environmental compliance, full training will be provided as part of a Group Induction Training package.
We offer a competitive hourly rate and enhanced rates for additional hours and performance related bonuses. Hours worked after 5pm are paid at +£3 per hour, hours worked at the weekend are paid at +£5 per hour and payments are made for call out, standby and performance related bonuses. This job has the potential to earn a salary of up to £35,000 per annum.
