What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Proposal Writer to join our UK Business, Pre-Sales Commercial Centre of Excellence team. You will craft compelling written proposals for our UK Business clients, supporting new customer acquisitions and key renewals.
* Create top-quality proposal documentation, clearly articulating win themes to meet customer requirements
* Assist the Bid/Proposal Manager in developing a high-standard proposal structure
* Rework existing content to improve quality and drive continuous enhancement
* Lead storyboard sessions with team members to gather insights for proposal development
* Conduct market research for kick-off and solution meetings
* Develop and manage relationships with subject matter experts across sales, marketing, product, finance, commercial, and legal teams to refine proposals
Who You Are
* Proven success in proposal writing, with references from bid management roles
* Familiarity with proposal formats such as RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, with a passion for high-quality content
* Excellent verbal communication skills to understand customer needs and demonstrate Vodafone’s solutions effectively
* Strong time management and prioritization skills under tight deadlines
* Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
* Knowledge of proposal automation software is a plus
