Job Summary
The Occupational Therapy Service Manager will be a key member of the Care Group F's Senior Leadership Team, accountable for delivery of performance, financial, quality, safety, risk and patient experience. The post holder will shape and deliver the Care Group's strategy in line with the Trust's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the Occupational Therapy profession across the Care Group and the Trust, ensuring efficient and effective patient management.
* Develop, coordinate and monitor Occupational Therapy services, maintaining alignment with the Trust Strategy and service‑level agreements.
* Implement a transformational workforce review programme to meet patient demand within available resources.
* Collaborate with other Therapy Service Managers to deliver a cohesive, patient‑centred care model.
* Proactively resolve complex operational issues, meeting objectives, targets, quality standards and resource constraints.
* Provide leadership within the senior team, driving solutions and ensuring adherence to Trust values and behaviours.
Qualifications
* BSc Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
* Registration with Health & Care Professions Council.
* Significant managerial and/or leadership experience.
* Experience in managing, reviewing, planning, developing, monitoring services and budget management.
* Ability to make effective decisions.

Employment Details
Contract: Permanent — Full‑time (37.5 hours per week). Working pattern: Flexible. Salary: £64,455 to £74,896 per annum. Band: 8b.
