We are urgently seeking one Administrator to join the ICT Project Administration Team at Holywell Hospital. This is a full-time temporary position (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm) due to end in January 2026.The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the ICT Project Manager, ensuring the efficient delivery of ICT components within Trust programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a busy, collaborative, and professional healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide efficient day-to-day administrative support to the ICT Project Manager and wider ICT team.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring compliance with Trust standards.
* Draft and format professional reports, correspondence, and briefings as required.
* Respond promptly to staff and service user queries in line with project procedures.
* Support the delivery of ICT initiatives by tracking progress, coordinating documentation, and managing resources.
* Uphold confidentiality and adhere to GDPR and all Trust data protection policies at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
* 2 A-Levels.
* Relevant experience in an office environment.
* Experience working with Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
