Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sushi Chef located in St Breock. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking sushi dishes to the highest quality. Daily tasks will include food preparation, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained, handling seafood, and showcasing culinary skills in sushi presentation. The Sushi Chef will also collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operations and consistently high levels of service.
Qualifications
* Skills in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Seafood handling
* Proficiency in maintaining Hygiene standards
* Strong Culinary Skills specific to sushi preparation
* Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality food presentation
* Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
* Relevant certifications in culinary arts or food safety are a plus
* Experience in a similar role is preferred
