Overview

Location: Old Trafford, Manchester
Hours: 1pm - 10pm Monday - Thursday, 1pm - 6pm Friday (4.5 days per week)
Salary: £36,500 basic, £55,000 OTE

Our Account Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of 400-500 accounts, made up of long-standing clients and new clients sent their way by our expert sales teams. Through seamless coordination with our creatives, they deliver top-quality productions whilst proactively consulting on their clients' ongoing marketing needs.


Responsibilities

* At every touch-point, demonstrate expert-level understanding of clients' needs, PHMG's product portfolio and the wider industry to offer clients exceptional creative, technical and commercial support
* Collaborate across a matrix of teams to deliver productions and audio projects to exemplary standards, exceeding client expectations with high levels of communication and project management
* Deliver industry-leading customer service to ensure ongoing satisfaction improves
* Maintain a constant pipeline of potential new business opportunities
* Identify commercial opportunities within your client base and foster long-term client relationships with a suitable contact model for each client
* Know your numbers, monitor data trends, and plan ahead to manage the health of your client base; you are proactive rather than reactive at month-end
* Seek guidance and support from peers and across your network; demonstrate commitment to personal development
