Team Leader – South Tyneside

Lifeways Group is one of the UK’s leading providers of support services for adults with learning disabilities. We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join one of our services in South Tyneside.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supervising and supporting the delivery of high-quality care. You’ll lead and motivate your team while ensuring the best outcomes for the individuals we support.
You will oversee support for individuals with:
* Autism
* Mental health needs
* Learning disabilities
* Behaviours that may challenge
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a passionate and committed leader who can inspire others and deliver excellent care.
* Experience working with adults with learning disabilities is essential
* Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs is highly desirable
* NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
* Alternatively, a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the learning disability sector
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
