We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for an alternative provision setting situated in Redditch. This opportunity will be working on a long-term basis with the opportunity for permanent moving forward. You will be joining this welcoming setting, which has a strong team culture, as they continue to grow with the direction of a wonderful, supporting senior leadership who invest vast periods of time into their staff. The setting puts on weekly CPD courses which are designed to constantly help staff be able to grow in their own learning & development to assist the students to be able to aspire to achieve. We are seeking a successful candidate who has: -Previous experience supporting young people or adults with challenging behaviours and experience of creating positive outcomes. -A positive approach to supporting others, seeing the overall positives from all situations and resilient whenever you face obstacles. -An enhanced DBS (child & adult) on the update service. Axcis Education is happy to support you in obtaining one if you do not hold one. This role comes with weekly pay, paid a week in arrears (PAYE).
