About the role
As the Store Manager of one of our flagship stores, you will leverage your experience to lead your team in achieving retail objectives while providing excellent customer and patient experiences.
Our flagship stores offer a wide range of retail and optometry services. With your leadership and passion, you will contribute to the growth and positive transformation of the business. Supported by a leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering strong trading performance, supported by an exceptional operational platform. You will engage with your community and the broader business to develop and implement a store-specific strategy focused on patient care and profitability.
You will work onsite, reporting to the Regional Manager, collaborating with the wider field team and Support Office to turn your vision into action.
What you’ll need to have
* Experience leading a team in a retail environment
