Location: Henley on Thames
Reports to: Runs Making People Happy (Senior HRBP)
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time or part-time (32 hours)
Purpose: Based at Ella’s Kitchen, supporting the International HR team with generalist HR advice and support to Ella’s team and wider Hain International Commercial and R&D teams.
Role activities / responsibilities
1. Recruitment: Manage recruitment processes, collaborate with hiring managers, promote internal progression, and support employer branding through social media.
2. Learning & Development: Support performance cycles, organize internal training, and manage the B Corp mentor scheme and coaching programs.
3. Employee Engagement: Promote engagement surveys, oversee internal forums, and foster a positive internal culture.
4. Culture & Wellbeing: Live our values, coordinate wellbeing initiatives, and engage with employee resource groups.
5. People Data Management: Support Workday system, maintain data accuracy, and assist managers with HR queries.
6. HR Projects: Manage cultural development programs and align projects with business goals.
7. General HR Support: Address employee queries, update policies, and ensure legal compliance.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar HR role; CIPD qualification is a plus.
* Knowledge of employment law and HR systems like Workday.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
* Passion for people and a proactive approach.
* Experience in FMCG is advantageous.
